Project Overview

We developed a multi-functional Learning Management System (LMS) for Ilia Chavchavadze Community College, designed to digitally manage and streamline key academic, administrative, and educational processes within a unified platform.

The project included full-stack web development and UI/UX design, covering both the front-end and back-end architecture, as well as the development of a dedicated administrative control panel.

The platform was designed to provide administrators, lecturers, and students with personalized digital environments and role-specific functionality, enabling efficient management of the learning process and centralized access to academic information.

Core Functionality

Role & Access Management

A multi-level access architecture was implemented to separate permissions and functionality across three primary user roles:

  • Administrator

  • Lecturer / Instructor

  • Student

Each role has access to a dedicated set of functions and information based on its responsibilities and permissions.

Personalized User Profiles

Each user is provided with a personalized dashboard, bringing together relevant academic, educational, and administrative information within a dedicated digital workspace.

Academic Process Management

The LMS includes a comprehensive set of tools for managing the educational process:

  • Scheduling: Creation and management of lecture and examination schedules based on groups and subjects.

  • Attendance Management: Lecturers can monitor student attendance, maintain digital attendance records, and record attendance statuses such as “Present” and “Absent.”

  • Examination & Assessment System: The platform supports both online examinations and the digital recording of results from in-person examinations. Online examinations include an integrated automated assessment and results calculation system.

  • Course & Learning Material Management: Lecturers can upload and distribute required literature, presentations, and other educational materials to students based on their respective groups.

  • Internal Communication Hub: An integrated messaging system enables direct communication between students, lecturers, and administrators within the platform.

Administrative Control Panel

A dedicated administrative management panel was developed to provide centralized control over users, academic processes, courses, schedules, examinations, attendance, learning materials, and other core platform functions.
